Theseus comes along with his horse, aiding in rubbing him down and talking to him. Theseus continues to make friendly small talk to the thin fellow, despite the language barrier. Theseus's friendly nature compels him to at least try friendly overtures to one who cares so well for the animals.

Before leaving the stables to seek out fellow magi, Theseus speaks soothingly to his horse. Reassures him that he is safe. And wishes him an excellent sleep.

Kaloforo defers to the word of the nun, and tell in latin"My name is Mastro Kaloforo, sodalis, and I hail from the distant land of Siena. Archmage Antonio brought us here," pointing at the band of sodales arrived "and we are pleased to do our best to bring the Glory of the Living God in every act of our life. Now if you can excuse me, the trip was long and many things needs to be done. Non nobis domine sed nomine tuo da gloriam". After waiting the answer of the nun, he returns to his duties, as described earlier.

if left relatively undisturbed he will start a series of drawings for a project to be placed into a church. These sketches involves the nun and the children where the face of the nun becomes the face of the Mary and the children are represented as a bunch of "putti", small angels.

1,40 cm? You meant 1,40 meters, no?
But this is far from tall, this is awfully short, about 4'8''...

Finely dressed, pupiless eyes, a tall and beautifull man speaks to antonio:
[color=red]
Well. Some new blood. You really want to revitalise this covenant, antonio, don't you? I hope you choose wisely, as it seems we may see some action in the future. I don't want to babysit anyone, and I don't think you'd like it either. We need able magi, who'll protect a sodales back
While he speaks, you can see his sharp teeth, almost like a vampire's fangs.

Then, he looks at Kaloforo and his tools.[color=red]
So. Welcome to andorra. What do you bring to us? How do you fare in a fight?

[color=red]"I am sister Ameline, the light of the lord guided me here though I hope to become a full member." The nun says softly to Kaloforo indicating that she is indeed a full member of the order by the desire. [color=red]"Still I must finish my tales here and you need rest. She is pleased by the templar motto spoken as she does indeed believe in it. Not for my name but for God's glory.

( A young man, looking to still be in his teen years, extends his hand with a friendly smile )

(Latin): I am Theseus Ex Merinita. The redcap Lejla tells me Andorra is a covenant with potential; and that I might look into making it home. I have some experience with hunting an enemy of the order, but I am not particularly interested in combat. Though I would like to think I have been a stalwart companion to those with whom I fought alongside. As appropriate to one of my house I have particular interest in faerie; though my interests in the Hermetic arts are varied. I am certain that I may be of benefit to the covenant I shall one day call home.

OOC - according to the modern medical definition, anyone 4'10" or shorter is a Dawrf.
Metrics confuse me. In America, we use the English system (though the English use metrics, go figure). And there was no metric system in the middle ages. Feet & Yards & pounds please  (a yard is 3 feet, roughly equivilent to a meter or a pace)

During the middle age the heigth of the people was by standard of today MUCH smaller the ours, only nobles having the grace of being taller for a number of reason including food habits, clening procedures and so on, plus consaguineous gene crossing to use an elegant paraphrase. By normal standard people died at 60, and was more or less that tall. Believe me, in some small rural area of Europe there are doors tall 1,60 meters (Which implies that the people was smaller then 1,60 m). Believe me. It was like that.

Finely dressed, pupiless eyes, a tall and beautifull man speaks to antonio:

Kaloforo turns to the person talking to him in latin, smiling "Aye my good lord, well... I have seen longer fangs." laughs " Regarding fighting it is not my first priority as I am an artist, but if a person must be flexible, go figure a sodalis. I am Mastro Kaloforo ab Verditio Domo from Fontebianca, in the far province of Siena. I am afraid I am not a master of combat but combat depends on many iussues, such as tactic and deployment and allies. With good Archmage Antonio it was discussed how I can be helpful in combat.". He takes a pause. On the other hand these are difficult times and the Christianity need any able man." He takes another pause, watching calmly the other person. "On the other hand Verditius magi are not reknown to be the warriors that could be Tremere or Flambeau, Still we do our job by furnishing useful weapons to the warriors, as the hand pick food and stomach digest food. But I'll do my part, as a good soldier is requested, I suppose you are Mastro Taar. I am pleased to meet you.
OOC Mastro = Master in Senese and in Italian

OOC Indeed... Modern. The XIII standard was very different from now.
Aye Aye Sir... Even if we should start inquiring what kind of measures where used in Andorra. And that could be a massive headache... aiside note: I am thinking of the thousand measurement system in Italy. Stadere, Venetian sticks, Florentine Stick field. A real mess... Anyway for sake of conformity, Feet yard and pounds.

Andorra would probably use the same system that is used in Barcelona, as we share the same culture and language. Not sure what that is though.
Okay, you can use meters. I have vague idea of what those are. and there are roughly 4 liters to a gallon (a little less actually). But kilograms and celcius and other metrics, I am utterly clueless as to their equivilencies.

I'm disappointed Mark. The metric system is the tool of the devil. RPGs are also tools of the devil thus you must be innately familiar with them.

Canadians and their "KPH" speed limit signs :unamused:
It is part of a conspiracy so that visiting Yanks get speeding tickets, yep yep!

Canada went metric only because the USA was going to but then they chickened out but Canada stood the course.

in case I can talk privately to Dimir Tarr I tell him of the details of the plans to prepare some small innocient items which can be sold to the arabians and insuring they end in the right place, they can serve as a espionage system.
Also I explain him that it would be possible to prepare and place some apparently innocuous place, such as statue of a saint which would be placed on crossroad and with a judicious use of connection they could be used as a good way to have intelligence of the road movement.
Also I hint that Mastro Kalomelan might have some more details on how to prepare "because I often heard him mentioning the planting as part of a plan of him to appease the buyer."

Sooner or later someone is going to chastize you for your generalization. Arabians are fine, the Umayads were allies. It is the Moors, more specifically the Almohades, that some have a concern with.

Kaloforo gazes at the stern face of the talker as in surprise:"Ah yes, I suppose this iussue has been discussed with details earlier." takes a pausa"Beside as it is well known someone who is an ally now has been an enemy before and it is not known what will be." adds with

please, also see my note on OCC forum

Decimus speak to Theseus Ex Merinita,[color=red] Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Decimus Scribonus Lepidus Ex Mercere master of the Mercere house. You are welcome to the House if you wish.

Theseus (in Latin):

Thank you Decimus. Such hospitality is welcome news.

{Extends his hand with a wide smile}

A few days pass, and the crowd keeps growing. In addition you yourselves (all the player characters, members and aspiring members), there are also some senior magi hanging around. Tacitus of Gurnicus from Duresca is still here, and so is Carles of Jerbiton from Barcelona. Also, an old-old Archmagus who goes by the name Fuego of Flambeau, he has recently arrived. He is a former member and holds honorary status.

He is also holds the title of Grand Chaplin of the Knights of Seneca, and is here for the convocation of that societas. They are small, only a dozen members or so, and most all of them are here for this gathering. There are other Flambeau magi here as well, friends and curious acquaintances. Plus magi from other Houses, other friends and such. And their entourages of grogs and companions. Space fills up quick. There are ample and comfortable accommodations, but guest labs are limited (all of the player characters have one though, you were here first).

Then there is Archmagus Antonio of Flambeau, Grandmaster of the Knights of Seneca and a Pontifex of the Covenant of Andorra. The other Pontifex, Rodrigo of Mercere, has only just now returned early this very morning. The word is sent out to all the member magi to assemble in the covenant council chamber at noon. Decimus and Carmen included. They have an announcement to make

Kaloforo, watching this ensemble of people, and learning of the assembly asks kindly to Mastro Taar: "Noble Sir, would you like to direct me to the council chamber of the covenant, so we could join this elected assembly of this distinguished covenant? Me and the new arrived, I mean". When he has some complete information, he continues his errandry. Looking for Theseus and the nun, he asks them if they know where is the council room and if he has the information he will pass it to them.

He will reappear at noon trying to stand back, wearing a white chemise, a blue chemise and a scarlet gown compound wave with the signs of Siena in evidence with an infula, white. below dark coloured tights.

Theseus is quite excited by this procession of noted personages. He is openly friendly, smiles constantly, and seems very happy to be here.

Theseus is quite willing to talk with anyone

However, Theseus does make at least two visits each day to care for his horse and to spend some time speaking to him. Afterall, his horse's hard work got him here

Saul ben Asher spends these days trying to secure his position as lab assistant. The little man tries very hard to stay out of everyone's way, but is eagerly awaiting the decision of Magus Taar as to whether or not he will have a position.
