Users with BigPond.com addresses, please switch to a different email address if you're not receiving forum emails.
We've encountered an issue with a BigPond.com email account that all notifications from our forum (including password resets) were being blocked. This resulted in the account being disabled in the forum after the system registered 15+ bounces.
This is the same issue we had previously for Rogers/Yahoo emails, so I'm going to ask our email provider to switch us to a different IP address, which fixed it before. The IP had gotten blacklisted as spam, as they're shared IPs. Yahoo/Rogers Email Issue
