Few notes:
You have affinity with blacksmith instead of glasssmith. Also I am not sure thats the correct word? Glass maker or glass blower I think is more on the mark. Doesnt really matter though.
A grog can only have one personality flaw.
She cant learn Arcane abilities so she cant have Magic Lore. (Arguably this is also true for Organisation lore: Verditious but I think its fine.)
Also she needa a native language, so Latin and Italian should be swapped.
She can have magic lore because of the magical fascination flaw. Good point on two personality flaws though! I will have to find her another one. Yeah, re: glassblower, its because i changed her from being a blacksmith half way through.
