One will be able to conduct multiple activities, customize their form and effect bonuses, and multiply the vis they use. I would explain it better if I understood better. Like a Redcap, I am a maga by association and not Gifted to work magic.

I am not sure I follow. Then again, my understanding and use of Alchemy is simple compared to that of magi. And though some aspects of mundane Alchemy are uniquely different than Hermetic magic, Alarcon can be used to integrate these as options as extensions of his current work.
I apologize again for my basic understanding and gross ignorance. Please forgive me for any offenses or incorrectness, for I am not a Gifted Maga. Only a mundane alchemist hedge wizard Larta maga. My lineage is to trivial to bother extinguising.
But as I understand it, the common basis for all Hermetic Magic is rooted in Alchemy. Philosophiae, Form & Effect, Shape and Material, Attunement and Focus. Potions and Powders and Charges. And Vis.
The integration will not reduce the amount of vis a thing requires, but it will increase the amount of it a wizard can use in their activities.
I have been told some of the more fluid aspects of alchemy are left aside by most magi. Alarcon calls this "Vulgar Alchemy", and his breakthrough will make this an aspect that all magi will now know, for it comes along with the understanding of his discovery.
But, as I was told, those magi who already have an understanding of esoteric or exoteric alchemy will perceive something deeper in this discovery. All alchemists will. I confess that my own pathetic hedgie ignorant misunderstandings have increased in potency from this.

You guys are shown to your chambers and told what areas of the covenant you may wander around. The styles and designs are as ecclectic as the gathered people here. The basic foundation, a Roman villa, is the epitomy of clasical fine luxuty and elegance. Other styles and architectual art derives influence from Arabic, Morish, Gothic, Egyptian, and other cultures unknown. And as I said, the people here are just as diverse. Plus there seems to be many dozens of mundane scholors and hedge wizards. Including alchemists, astrologers, doctors, sufis, sahirs, marabouts, folk witches, philosophers, and others.
Then comes time for supper. All of the magi present are gathered, except for one, and service awaits his arrival. Master Alarcon. And eventually his personal servant shows up, all shocked and white faces and trembling

I regret to inform everyone that Great Master Alarcon has suffered an arcane mishhap in his lab this afternoon. I witnesses as he lost control of his magic and was consumed in a flare of pure Twilight fire!
This is his mundane way of saying that Alarcon botched something and is having a Twilight Episode and us removed to the void. Terah bursts into hysteric tears, for she knows that at his advanced age and warping, this is most likely final!
Rilcheaux takes a moment to simply watch, head bowed in respect but eyes alert, to see how each person reacts. This sort of news will shake up a covenant, and while each mourns in their own way, information may well be gleaned from how they mourn, or don't.

Fédora pretends to understand the conversation between Isalind and Rilcheaux...or at least tries to hide how lost she is in what they're saying.
Fédora is understandably stunned by this. But she quickly recovers and frowns thoughtfully.

This would likely be an Area Lore: Iberia or Order of Hermes Lore roll. Int 1 + Ability 4 (same for either one) + die roll of 2 = 7...apparently she's too stunned to think straight.
Your poor roll denies you deeper knowledge. Latter you will be informed that he has had many students but few apprentices, and none are known to still live. The magi at the covenant will presume Terah is his most immediate heir, since she was his closest student and only assistant. And his lover.
Terah, the Larta Maga Hedge Wizard, is heir to this great Hermetic advancement, and she will likely be ignored and it will go nowhere.
The voice of Blink comes seemingly from nowhere, but you turn to discover he is standing right behind you.
Rilcheaux nods "He was still bonisagus, and this should be shared. Hopefully she will agree with that in his honor, but the fact she is a hedge wizard could still make it an issue."
No, Alarcon was Flambeau. And he acquired many enemies in his hundred years as a magus.
A unique and multitalented magus. A fierce Flambeau fighter, a serene and wise sahir, an elder of the Knight of Seneca, a self initiated Alchemist, and a student of the Enigma.
His personal presence radiated much force and personality. This is perhaps the single greatest breakthrough in centuries, and it is destined to become lost in obscurity. No one is going to listen to me, and the other magi here are hedge wizards and sahirs and others shunned.
The cards are all laid out, and I have seen it will be up to you. I turn one card and nothing happens, I turn another and disaster befalls us. Only your cards lead to a path of enlightenment. I turn them over and see Hope and Possibility. But no further than that.
Rilcheaux nods "I will need to talk to Terah about this, now is not the time however. Perhaps in the morning."

At breakfast Rilcheaux approaches Terah. "How are you holding up?"
I am well, be thee not concerned. Alarcon is strong and wise. He will not be overcome by this Twilight. He shall return, I believe it in my bones.
"Perhaps he will, but I understand his twilights have been lengthy of late, and I understand he was wanting to see his work published. Did he have any specific plans or proposals for that, or is this something we need to work out?"
Yes. Hos Great Work. It must go on, It must be spread! If the Green Stone gets hold of it, they will turn it into part of their cult. But this knowledge, it is not cult material. It is common truth! It must be shared!
