So lets collect any teeny tiny problems we spot in this work of art and reference...
Folk Magic - is not in the list of Virtues (p.67) AND it is listed in the list of Flaws (p.118).
It is correctly defined with the other Virtues (p.81).
p.118, the list of supernatural Flaws includes "Cursed Guile 12" -- spurious numbers
Something I came across in compiling my Master Grimoire just today: Dream of the Mind that Sits from True Lineages was to be revised to InTe 45 without a Creo requisite per Fifth Edition errata, but when incorporated into Definitive Edition it restores the requisite and level 50.
Weird. I can't see any posts in this thread. 
The years for future grand tribunals appears to have been omitted.
Not really an error, but something I noticed.

Folk Magic we noticed earlier, and fixed a while ago in the Markdown version. PDF is unfortunately not as easy to update.
The Cursed Guile looks correct to me in my pdf(?)
"Cursed Guile12" appears on the printed page 118, but not in the PDF
