Theraphosa has a big advantage. She isn't human. So this lessens considerably the potential for jealousy and rivalry, especially since Adeline still relies quite a lot on Charm and Guile.
Adeline is concerned by her own position in the social ladder, Isen's fortunes (since the has linked her fate to his), and the survival of Mons Electi (Home, sweet home). I don't see Thera menacing the first 2 things, and they can certainly agree on the third.
=> Either their goals differ so much they don't have a competition, or they have the same goals and methods.
=> As it is, I can see the 2 conspiring together and discussing gleefully what they might do to help Mons Electi, and how to interpret various events.
Whereas Theraphosa is relying on Guile and Intrigue, possibly coupled with Stealth/Awareness.
Theraphosa is mostly concerned with possession. She wants to know what's going on around her. I like the idea of Adeline and Theraphosa working together, since most of the intrigue rules suggest getting people to do things against their will. The notion of politically ambitious people working with each other because they both understand the game is more appealing.
Gaston Lainnier, husband of Eloise and father of Guilheum, is a fine specimen - firm of frame, shrewd at barter and knowledgeable of the local economy, and skillful enough with an axe should it come to that. Like his wife, his opinion of his abilities are even a bit higher than warranted, and he rarely foresees failure for himself in any endeavor. One would think that he would be happily content with his lot in life, that he would not have any reason to chase after every girl in town when Eloise's attention is turned elsewhere. One would, sadly, be incorrect on this score.

Guilheum Gastoneau
Guilheum Gastoneau is the ten-year-old son of Eloise and Gaston, and if ever a boy failed to make a princely impression in his first decade, it would be he. So unassertive that people often forget his presence even when working with him on tasks, Guilheum also suffers from a wandering mind that causes him to be easily distracted. At such times he has been apprehended with a long twig in his hands, dirt under his nails from digging into a small underground spring or even discovering a lost metal trinket. Uncannily, he tends to arrive in the kitchens the minute before the hot bread is pulled from the oven, or at the front gates just as an intriguing visitor arrives at Mons Electi; the other children complain that he always knows exactly when to move from one spot to the next during their hide-and-seeks.

Looks like you need a virtue/flaw that allows Jehanne to take Martial Abilities and to take Latin. May I suggest Custos (which allows you to take Martial abilities and Latin both), with another balancing Flaw to keep her balanced (perhaps Judged Unfairly or Social Handicap)?

An Outsider with strange ideas

And, yes, okay, technically we're supposed to pray aloud while kneeling on our prayer rugs, but with that brutish thug over there, I just thought it might be safer if I was to sort of, you know, just touch my prayer rug without actually unrolling it...."

Rashid has had a colorful and checkered past, in large part due to the Reconquista movement in Iberia. Though a peaceful man at heart, he picked up the sword when his wife and children died at the hands of a bizarre unkillable demon (see Phoenix, 2.4 - Investigating the Refugees) that mutiliated his own face in a refuge camp and did not put it down until his blood-thirst had been sated.
It was roughly then that he discovered Phoenix Covenant, an oasis for him to heal in. His skills were in little demand, for these Christians couldn’t produce silk in this climate even if they had known how. Even though he continued to participate in the Muslim community in Phoenix, he faith began to dwindle, and his adherence to his religion became a matter of fitting in among his peers, rather than pious belief. When he discovered that Viscaria had befriended a giant, female spider, he became obsessed with applying his knowledge of silkweaving to the new material, and his piety became a very lame creature indeed.
Forsaking the comforts of the flesh, as much out of mourning as religious duty, Rashid throws himself entirely into experimenting with this new material. Though nominally claimed as a Forge Companion by Viscaria, she has yet to use him in this capacity, and seems to mostly just be funding his odd experiments out of a sense of obligation for his losses.
Grogs shouldn't have major virtues or flaws, as a rule. I can certainly treat him as an outsider with out the virtue, but you should consider other flaws. Foreign Upbringing, from Grogs, for example. It would suggest that he's successfully assimilated at Mons Electi, which makes sense with another Muslim there.
I'm not inclined to inflict warping on all the grogs who live and work in the regio, and there are many.
Eloise Lainniere, wife of Gaston and mother of Guilheum, is one of the favorites among the covenfolk. Truly beautiful, she can often be found gambling with the men of the covenant, flirting with them one by one as she takes their silver from them. In truth she would be accused of cheating were she a less enjoyable sight at the dice table (although good fortune does seem to smile upon her generally). Inevitably, the constant attention has fed her ample vanity, although few men complain about it in her presence. The women of the covenant, on the other hand, make catty comments about her boldness, and about her delicate disposition - she is not overfond of travel in general, and usually arranges for an eager man to run her errands for her.

I don't have Grogs. I assume it's a minor Social.
Looks good, it is from grogs, and I didn't expect you to have it, but I thought it would be more in line with what you wanted, to differentiate the character from the other grogs at Mons Electi.
I'd like to propose that those characters get 15 xp per year, that can be allocated however we want on a yearly basis. In other words, abstract annual advancement instead of seasonal advancement.
For characters that are simply not fully statted, I doubt this is that controversial (although let me know). For specialists, I don't know if Jonathan had something different in mind...? And I would certainly want to hear any objections or counterproposals where workshop-workers (Pierre Legris, Rashid, and their helpers) are concerned, since the workshops themselves are updated seasonally.
I might revisit the whole 30xp thing. Seems over generous the longer I play. Then again, there is something to be said for it in this saga.
If you're working for several seasons to support the covenant, and the covenant is receiving a cost savings, 15 instead of 30 is probably reasonable.
I am working on Grog advancement now. I think a fair and balanced number wouyld be only 20xp/year for Grogs, 30xp/year for companions, and 40xp/year for Magi and the Wealthy.
I'm presuming that when you say 40 xp for magi, that means any npc magus that is part of the covenant. Say, Rose, for example. My preference is that for all magi that they be advanced with the resources available, and not abstractly advanced.
