Harnessing the essential power of (form) from AnM should have a duration?

Hi,
that spell ("Harnessing the essential power of (form) ") is a prospective spell from insight to integrate Grigori magic, in Ancient Magic (p67 if the reference i found in the grand grimoire is correct).
I noticed it is a MuVI cast along a Ritual spell to change the vis the ritual spell would use.
But then in the DE (and from a long time in the errata), MuVI for ritual had to have a duration (and the "wizard's vigil" spell is born in DE I think for that aspect).
So shouldn't that spell also have a duration, and, why I'm coming here is to ask: should the level of the spell be raised by 10 to include sun (but not change the level of the targeted spell) or should the guideline include a +10 bonus to encompass the fact that the guideline always need a duration to affect a ritual and essentialy exist?

I'm personaly on the second opinion even if wizard's vigil went by the fist since I think it's not a good example since "normal duration" wizard's communion using the same guideline have a reason for the guideline being a"momentary" normal duration guideline per default.

Thanks for the answer,

Exar.
