Am I not finding the right errata, or are the flaws Gullible (A&A p134) and Gullible (Grogs p80) just not the same?

You are correct. I would go with the one in Grogs. It was printed later and is more likely to be the version to be kept if a new erratum is made.
One is for Grogs and modifies rather what happens if they are acted upon, the other is for Artist Companions and rather modifies their own actions.
You can keep them both and use them for different types of characters.

True, you could keep both. But that is not a grog-restricted Flaw. It's generally available.
