As a patreon I've really enjoyed what I've read so far (sneaked in a glance during a work break)! I will advertise to my group once it's on DriveThru, as I've evangelised some of them on Ars.
I've been reading this, Mr. Ferguson, and I've got to say it's fenomenal. Kudos to you, it's a very good piece of writing and it's canon from now on at any of my tables.
Why, thank you.
Just bought it on Patreon (based on your comment about where to buy it) and am looking forward to sitting down with it this weekend!
Finally up on DriveThru:

Thanks!
Weird I found out from you and not them.
Interested to hear what you think.
It's now up on Lulu for print on demand: Remember it is a digital inclusion on the Atlas Backerkit and it is "pay what you want" on Itch and Drivethru.
I can see some tweaks I could make, but that would force me to order another proof copy, and I doubt I'll sell enough printed versions of this to cover the cost of the first one. That's fine: this was more an experiment to see what the deal with print on demand is. It's easy to do. I'm not saying it has convinced me to edit an Ars Magica magazine, but it's certainly cleared away many of my historical objections to doing it, which were based on sales and distribution being impossible from Australia.
For what it’s worth, I intend to buy a copy next time I make an order from Lulu. I tend to order several books at once, to save on shipping to Canada.
Lulu almost always has good coupons for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Do you know if buying with a general coupon cuts into the creator's profits at all?
