Quercus Rector of Tytalus

I plan to ask him if he believes in it  Not his parens, HIM

Quercus and his parens meant Quercus and Quercus' parens. Pytheas' parens gave Pytheas the full benefit of that wonderful book by the Founder

AFAIK Pytheas says "no educational value whatsoever" when talking about the book of instruction, so I still plan to ask Pytheas if he believes in the book or it was his parens that believed in it

I was quoting HoH:S on the 'no instructional value whatsoever'
That said, of course it's not about instructing the apprentice, it's about making him realize that he cannot accept any rule as 'natural' or 'intrinsically right' ...

I guess it is too late, but following the "MT*2 only" confirmation for the saga I would like to rise my MT to 4 dropping Philosophiae and Artes Liberales to 1 each. Would that be possible? Thanks. If not, I can still create my talisman but it will be a wand with the ironic point of being the talisman of an oak magus that is not made of oak

I see no problem in making the change. It's not like you've used it much at this point.

Yeah, no problem.

Very well. I made the change. Reduced Magic Lore and Philosophiae to get the points for the rise.

After tinkering with the rules for a while I have designed a wand composed of a multiplicity of woods (4: almond, hickory, walnut and chestnut) over an oak core. I am quite satisfied by this. It sounds cool, and is way more appropriate than mixing in mercury, crystal and other types of stone and metal to earn other types of bonuses. Now I only need the components (easy to get), time (more difficult) and industrial amounts of Vim and Herbam vis (yeah, keep dreaming) and we will be done  Ain't it great to think big? I am probably looking too far ahead, but I like to do that

Cheers,
