Table talk: OOC

I thought that you could pick from the uncontrolled vis sources ( can't remember the name) or a book or a magic item. you could also take the prize as the vis.

Any thoughts on my other question on the Tithes expense. That could be saving us 60 pounds per year.

Yes thats what I was trying to say , however its the conversion rates I can't remember and I forgot about the magical items.

We need to sever this agreement with Florum, or renegotiate the terms.

As for the Walter plot, um, well, I forgot . Max was letting me run wild on my own there. Basically, Walter was just a middle man. Dragor set him up with Tremere bankers. I hinted that it is possible that Dragor was fooled, and it was really Reginald (Amphoraxius) who posed as a Tremere banker. If that is the case, we got off lucky because his secret society is then secretly funding us. We still owe finance payments to Walter's widow Veronica though (who is probably already hooked up with Reginald again).

But what of Walter's restless ghost?

If we can harvest his vis then I'll pay attention to him

Tournemant
Each prize point can get

  1. 5 5 pawns of form vis, or 3 pawns of technique vis
  2. A vis site producing 1 pawn of vis per year
  3. A book worth 5 build points
  4. A magic item worth 5 build points

When I was looking over the Covenant info yesterday I noticed something that we are not doing correctly or was interpreted incorrectly.
Under hooks:
Regio with Unexpected Entires

Now according to the Covenant book this means that the Covenant is IN the regio. This can work out well but it would alter the write up slightly. I would guess that the two towers are in the Regio.

Ah! I thought we had a simple regio that can be easilly seen through. I was mistaken. Hmmm, what can we do with this?

Well gang, I will be away for a few days. I will have restricted internet access but I try my best to keep up. Next Saturday I can post as normal.

Shall we say the following.

  1. The towers and the hill they are standing on are in a Regio.
  2. Novus Mane got the 21st place in the tournament.
  3. The one who tells the next story will get to choose what the spoils of victory are.

So who is up next for story telling….?

Wirth is all for the commune. Or maybe we could set up Clara as our "lady"? Better yet, Jan Axel?

Well, mrko-markoko is a member.
You should have a password, and it should all go well.

Well, to me, it just means that the Covenant proper is reasonnably safe from mundanes. But the town isn't :frowning:

  1. Yes
  2. Yes
  3. Yes

A story? Euh... Maybe if I take some vacations

I may be able to run a story but I want to see how the current two end up before I decide.

Although I think Jan Axel may object to being set up as our Lady as it would require a lot of disguises or Muto corpus spells. :open_mouth:

looooooooooool

It is paraphrasing a line from Hellboy 2 when they release some nasty dark faeries on some people.

But Halvard is stronger at night. Can see in the dark. fear is a powerful weapon. Try to think of a way to be theatric in your confrontation with the other town. Give them a reason to fear us.

My style of theatrics is what gave House Flambeau a bad name to begin with!

Yeah, I think we should switch. Roberto should go meet with the noble as originally planned. Wirth is much better at a subersive style of warfare than I am. Roberto is flash and flare, not at all subtle. He favors direct confrontation. Wirth is our commando/night raider magus  :smiling_imp:

Halvard will go with Wirth then.

Some job turmoil, + "depressive" mood. I didn't find the strength to post this weekend, and I dunno if I will have both it and the time next week. So don't worry if I dissapear.

Know how you feel, I have fatigue and hassles at work.

 Good luck then...

I know I have been slow on posting. Is there any information more that is needed before the plot continues?

I was lucky from May until september last year I had kob hassles but I was able to get a new job really fast and have not had any problems since. Although I know now more about cancer than I ever wanted too
