Are there any special house rules that I need to be aware of? For example, all Boniagi magi gains extra expirence points due to the fact that they follow the founder of the order? 
That's not a house rule! You just made that up! 
There is a Magic Theory Summae that is level5, so I can't read that. I read instead a Tracti at Quality 9 and updated my sheet. It wasn't enough to raise it yet.

Azaelle will have spent her summer on her project, which only took the one season so now I have to think of her next project.
Does updating our character sheets mean adding xp? If it does, how many?
If you undertook a lab project, you have exposure experience (2xp) in one ability that you would have been exposed to during the season...
Likely candidates include:
Living Language - Erse/Irish/Gaelic
Area Lore - Lough Caillte
Bargain
Intrigue
Ettiquette
Faerie Lore
...And anything else you can make a convincing enough case for.
Albertus, for instance, was busy reading a magic theory text, sorting out his lab, obtaining a monolith, and chasing a fox around the covenant. Fortunately, I'm being generous, since I'm allowing some things to be done while others are going on.
Rhiannon, this season, was reading the Creo Text, and performing the basic organization of her lab. This season, she will bring it up to snuff, so she can create her longevity focus over the winter. She'll miss the first age check, but it should be in place for the next.
I'm hoping companions did... something. Either practice, or Study, or ... something. Murcadh, for instance, spent the season getting Sylphie's hospital in order.

Hmmm, I wonder what kind of XP towards Hubris I can get for being asked by a fellow Verditian to help on a commission..? 
I think he'd get 1 point per item he opens - after all you get a point for creating a charged item or lesser device for someone else.
I didn't know your character knew any of the mysteries....
Do I get to reduce my hubris by a point for asking him?

I made a mistake on Mathius' lab-total when I created the Travelling Dagger. His total was 47, not 57 - I'm not sure how I got that number.
I have therefore spent the past summer studying the lvl12 Mentem Book, I will also spend the Autumn and the Winter studying it as well. I can then make the Dagger in the Spring.
If anyone else needs the book for a season before then - well, you'll have to make it worth my while...

Azaelle's lab project goes off as planned; She gets exposure experience for something from the list above (or for something you can make a convincing argument for...And no, Hunting (Fox) doesn't count...

Right, I'm back in the country and eager to go. Well, I say "eager", I'm insanely busy on unspecified top secret projects (well, I say "top secret"...), but you get the drift.
I didn't spot Corvus in the queued events and neither did I receive an email but I think he was just reading the bumper book of secrets he received just before the fox turned up. I'm assuming that's what he's been doing through summer so furnish me with the results and I'll update his character sheet.

Well, the 'Bumper Book of Secrets' is the equal of a L5 Q10 summa on Lough Caillte lore. Beyond that, see your e-mail for a resend of the results of your summer, sent to you 60 days ago...

Fabrica will be opening an enchantment for a sword for Faedrun.
Lab total: Magic Theory 5 (Inventions) = 6
Verditius Magic (subtract relevant Craft score from Vim Vis total)
Craft: Weaponsmithing 3 (Swords) = 4
Total Vis that can be invested into a sword = 16
Base Metal = 5
Medium size item (sword) = x3
Sword Vis total = 15
My biggest worry is that Faedrun has something more valuable than base metal.
Faedrun will be working with me in trade on another project.
What about xp for grogs? Has anyone been tracking that?
It's doubtful that anyone has been keeping track of the grog's XP... So...
For Spring, most of the covenant's normal, local grogs (there are some) were assumed to be busy with one of their 2 seasons of supporting their families and standards of living with the spring planting. The next season where this will hit is this one, Fall, as they bring in the harvest. So, grogs, unless otherwise specified, get practice xp for a relavent ability, be it single weapon, bow, hunt, carouse, etc.
For those grogs who are always part of the turb, and not villagers, Practice is assumed, again, in a relevant ability. Mab's gaurds are a special case, where practice is superfluous; they get exposure xp for just being out and learning about the normal world.
