The Fall of Durenmar

It's now (a whole) 10 sessions after the fall of Durenmar, but as you all know - magi bureaucracy can be slow. Anyway, in our next session we'll be running a Crisis Tribunal that the prima of Guernicus called. For convenience it's held at Harco (and two of the characters are travelling there via Fengheld's Mercere portal - a rare free ride was offered due to the crisis).

Every (surviving) covenant in the Rhine are sending 1-2 magi and the other tribunals will send people of at least some importance and/or agenda (any specific ideas here that can spin into stories I wouldn't mind).
Poor Heorot only have a single magus left, and he doesn't even know how to cast Aegis.

I'm definitely using some of the fun ideas above (and some I have already). Feel free to give some more.

A couple of examples:

Stentorious is missing, so Fengheld and their chapter houses (which I have made larger) is at real risk of splintering + Tremere grip faltering (or a chance for them to get it back, since my Stentorious hasn't quite followed Coeris).

Guernicus called a full census ("patriot act") of the Rhine (including magi specialties and a bit more details than than maybe comfortable. They've also moved the Grand Tribunal for following summer to "their location" Magvillus, but this will be hotly contested and argued by power movers at the other tribunals.

The Lotharingian contingent (characters are a part) are in turmoil. The plan was to use the Grand Tribunal to declare, but now there will be tons of shenanigans. The hardest opposition is more or less gone (Durenmar, Stentorious) - but the hawks are circling the Rhine and it would significantly weaken everyone further with a split. The game has changed! Daria la Gris (who's more or less leading it), really does not know what to do next - plans are all gone.

Some faction(s) will argue hard for fae war/annihilation.

At the same time, all sorts of other matters will be up at the crisis tribunal - and derail the matter at hand a bit. For example; the emperors sudden excommunication, and the failed start of the sixth crusade. Rumors of Diedne findings in Loch Leglean.
