Theban representative on the Magvillus Council

The Theban Tribunal is organized in a different way from other Tribunals, which brings up questions on how it interacts with other Tribunals.

In the Magvillus outer council, there is a seat for the Presiding Quaesitor from every regional Tribunal. Now the Theban Tribunal does not have a Presiding Quaesitor (TSE p.25), so the question is who gets to fill that seat. Here are my options:

  1. The Archon - but the Archon is already the equivalent of a Praeco, and uniting both roles in one person would be unusual.
  2. The Polemarch - this seems to be the Chief Hoplite; might be too busy, but the advantage would be that the role is always clearly defined.
  3. An Arche from the Judicial Board, which has precedence over the other Boards.
  4. An Arche from one of the three Boards, which fulfill duties usually carried out by Quaesitors.
  5. Any one of the 16 Archai could be elected to represent the Tribunal at the outer council.
