Hmm... twice the vis cost of the ritual and letting him do original research during the process. (Vis needs to be Creo, Corpus or Vim) If a flawed ritual is created he'll do another one no charge to replace the flawed one. (No experimentation second time around.) If he gets breakthrough points he'll add you to the list of people who get credit for the discovery. And if its a regular ritual he'll pocket the extra vis. You could probably bargain him down depending on how much vis he sweeps up in his 1121 vis search quest.

I agree, at age 50 Eufemia should have a LR made in her younger years, but looking at her wiki page I don't see a season spent for getting one...
So Eufemia could get a very powerful LR from Evandrus for a cost of something like 24 pawns of Vis + experimentation.
And for Andros and Gloriana? What should be the cost? Vis? Assisting in lab? Something else?
I'd like to gain for her a LR in 1122. If possible with the help of the other magi, otherwise she will make herself a much weaker LR.

1)Andros can't offer a high LR total (CrCo 29 + 8 MT +1 Int + 8 Familiar + 3 Lab + 5 Aura) but he can have up to 4 assistants in the Lab (Familiar +8, Lady A +15, Eumelia herself +6 + someone else who can be wrangled), with his relatively high Leadership, with the caveat of possible strange results (Lab has Faerie Ingredients , Warping 1), in exchange he'd want a season of service (perhaps teaching his eventual apprentice one of her Hermetic Virtues?) and support at some point in Council. It wouldn't be onerous. Possible LR 15-16 power, nothing to sneeze at! Andros would not experiment. Could accommodate for 1122.
2)Gloriana was Evandrus's student, so she is extremely proficient in CrCo and Lab Work (CrCo 56 +14 MT +3 Int + 5 lab +5 Aura). She can have up to 2 assistants (Lady A +15, Eumelia +6), LR 21, pretty darn great! Gloriana is very Ambitious, she is currently behind in a race for Fertility Breakthroughs with her parens. Anything that pushes Evandrus to excel and publish appeals to her sense of pride in her parens. However, she is very focused on her current research and Merinita House bizness, she wouldn't experiment, she is looking for Insight instead. She would do it for "Future Favors": a season of service to her, in the future, + a season of service to the Covenant (writing down Lab texts and such) + 3 Mentem vis, to be paid within 10 years. Great offer! 
Could accommodate for 1122.
*Taurus ex Bjornaer also has also a high CrCo, around 54 in all, + apprentice + assistance, but he's Wrathful and Proud, we never know what's going on with that guy!

regarding my characters:
PAZZINO: Updated with 4 Confidence Points and a reputation of Good Negotiator from adventures, he doesn't take any XP (unless anyone wants them 
). In winter he went out doing adventures for a total of 30 days, so no reading season for him.
ARDUINO: I added his column in the planning chart, I'm waiting the decisions made by Oliverius (raccoonmask) regarding his apprentice to fill year 1122.
AURTHOR: Assuming I'm going to gain control of him starting from year 1122, before I update his activities I have a question for Ignes.Festivus and/or raccoonmask. I'd like to know if Danae has a planned adventure in which Aurthor promised his help. Aurthor is developing a flight spell/device for this purpose right?
My thoughts for this (for the few seasons I had it) was Aurthor wanted to follow Danae on an adventure when she went to catch herself a new Djin friend. Aurthor's lecherous, Danae is worth Leching over, and her strange magic would be super interesting for him to study and try to incorporate into magic theory. He also needed some direction, so he was looking at Magic Lore to find a familiar, and to boost his hermetic reputation, he was thinking of becoming an even better teacher, and start a reputation
Or in bulletpoint:
- Study Danae's magic (and curves)
- Find a fantastic familiar
- Become the best teacher in the covenant so he can trade favors
- Get taught by our full-time teachers on teaching
- Read all the teaching tractati
- Write a the best teaching summae the covenant has ever seen.

silveroak, Would it be safe to assume Oliverius just moved in after taking Arduino? If so, Oliverius's first order of business is to set up a laboratory - how quickly can the Covenant the wandering Verditius a place to do his work? What's the first season I can set up a lab? The only non-claimed lab is the teaching lab, which Oliverius would want to use until he has a place of his own. I assume he'll be opening Aruino's arts as soon as he has a lab within which to work.
I believe Ouragon's old lab is still unclaimed...
That would be manageable - with a bit of work to make it a proper Verditius lab!
Hi leo, raccoonmask: Point of note, Danaë is a full member of the Order, so Aurthor better be cautious with his Comprehend Magic and not be hit with a Scrying charge! With -2 Per, he might not get much insight though! 
So remember, if you cut a hole in her tent to spy on her getting dressed, use scissors, not magic.

Right, and you can comprehend magic on Djin and people trying to stop her from getting the Djin, until she binds the Djin. Then I'm not sure if you're allowed to scry on the Djin anymore.
