I'm probably overreaching as it's probably too much work, however....
Three mosaics with the tile being simplistic stylised characters.
One being a picture of Bonisagus the founder, and the tiles being smaller pictures of various magi.
One being a companion. It should be someone colourful, so the mosaic can be varied, so a troubadour type with a flowing cape.
Lastly, a solid fighter grog. Give him a tabard, a coat of arms, which again, gives some variety for the smaller mosaics.
A different idea is just one mosaic, say a covenant, with magi, companions and grogs being mixed amongst the mosaic tiles.

Please try to make illustrative portraits of each of the Houses in terms of a typical or archetypal wizard from each.

Preferably with the House Symbols, from way back when.

Perhaps a Small Tribunal or large council meeting with each of the Houses being represented around a table by a single Magi, obviously in a state of disagreement.
