I used the rules from SubRosa for a character that I didn't want to make it fait accompli that she was pregnant, and instead wanted to model what would happen to her over time.
She's a maga who has had 6 kids (1 set of identical triplets) and she has them fostered with covenfolk or villages we control. She is about to have #7... None of them are Gifted, one has a Latent Magical ability, but they are all fodder for the SG to use... She will do her LR at 40, shortly after the birth of her last child.

Very well, then Antoine's first child is born on the 6th day of November, 1237: a daughter, named Bella.
Isolde (still) has no stats, so presumably Antoine gains the Dependents flaw. This presumably just happens - there's no balancing Virtue?
Let's make the 1238 aging roll now, although the saga is a little behind, since it's in my mind. Stress die 8(!) + decades 4 - conditions 2 = 10. Antoine gains a year as normal, and decrepitude in Perception.
