Hello everybody!
This is incredibly exciting — thank you for opening up Ars Magica to the wider community!
We’ve just launched Serenissima Obscura, a setting guide with 27 adventure modules set in Magical Renaissance Italy — a world grounded in real history, but shaped by hidden magical forces. It shares the same core premise that makes Ars Magica so compelling, and we’ve created a dedicated Ars Magica Guide for Serenissima Obscura as part of the campaign.
We have also dedicated a pledge level to the Ars Magica community. It includes
- The main book,
- The Ars Magica Guide ti Serenissima Obscura,
- The print versions of our 8 city maps by Mark Smylie.
We funded in under 48 hours and are now working toward community and stretch goals.
It’s an honor to build on such a rich and inspiring legacy.
This is where you can find our campaign: Serenissima Obscura – Setting Guide & Modular Adventure - BackerKit
I am discussing the details of our conversion on the Ars Magica Discord in a dedicated channel and have also opened a new topic/thread on the forum to answer questions concerning our project here:
