Both in one long story is what I was thinking. Hunting on the way to tribunal. And maybe announcing apprenticeship at tribunal if Jaufres has shown signs of the gift. Maybe he will have a manifestation thingy to spice things up.

If I don't can't he get kidnapped? It's not like Thebes with the strict rules for timing. But I'm asking, not sure. I don't think a fifteen year clock starts ticking when you announce but I could be wrong.
He can be kidnapped until you have opened his arts. Doesnât mean someone will but, in essence, you are announcing to the world that he is gifted and then not actually making him your apprentice right away.
Isn't the declaration the important part?
the 15 year clock begins when you open the apprentice, but they may be abducted away at any point prior to the opening. An announcement has no formal meaning, it is more of a tradition that after an apprenticeship is announced that the announcing parens is given until the end of the next season where nobody will poach the potential apprentice- basically allowing you to finish the current season and open them in the next to protect your claim.
I see. So basically just make sure nobody checks him for the gift. (Extending parma will help.)

Leaf will use Ărsula's service for a 2 month period each year, so that she creates Figurines for him to use. Eventually he will realize he can use her help in the Lab, and he will avail himself of that aid. Hopefully she can learn AL, Latin, and increase her MT, perhaps with the new teacher/s that may arrive. Note that she can create a Figurine for herself lasting 2 Seasons giving herself Good Teacher, for example, which could help Teaching the boys. It takes her a month to do so, and she has to roll her Craft and also her Figurine Magic.
Miguela is a warrior, and not a good teacher, so you are welcome to use Practice with her.

Beside the correspondence, he sought their advise, seeking sources of study and contacts in the House for future Initiation into the Path of The Body, books/teachers of House Lore, Enigmatic Wisdom, and into the Imbued with the Form of Mentem Virtue.
-Is Leaf able to obtain the Free Lab Improvements he was seeking? Say for 1199? He spoke with Gerrard who has Superior Tools, Superior Equipment to see how he obtained it.

Re the free lab virtues, I just took them. At some point someone asked silveroak about free virtues and he said it was fine as long as we didn't take the 0-upkeep versions without justification. Whatever Gerard used IC to get them he'll share. Bentalone is a fairly established (and rich) covenant so presumably we have a good lab supplier.

If I read you correctly, Ursula can take one season to make the two figurines that Leaf needs, as well as one to boost her own teaching. Is that right? Then she teaches one season, and have completed the customary two seasons of work, leaving two seasons of time for her own. Right?

She has to roll 6 or higher for Craft Sculptor for a Wax figurine, she has +7.
Then she imbues the magic , Int+Figurine Magic+Aura vs 12 difficulty,
Roll + 10 vs 12, so needs to avoid the 0.

1198 Craft. Rolls 3 on the die. Does that mean that the wax figurine is not good enough? One would imagine that she has time to try again for a wax figurine ...
- Rolls 9 on the craft and 1 on the magic (on the dice). So I reckon that's Good Teacher on that year.
She has Craft: sculptor (wood). Is wood supposed to be the speciality? So that the craft ability applies to any material.
Wood is the specialty. She can craft wood figures (last 4 Seasons) or Wax (last 2 Seasons). The Craft roll is 6 for Wax, 9 for wood.
Then imbuing the magic is 12 difficulty at least, with Figurine Magic skill. This process takes 2 months for a wooden figurine, 1 month for a wax one.
She needed to not botch to craft the wax figure successfully, so no problem. And she imbued the magic with the second roll successfully as well. This Figurine lasts for two Seasons.
OK 8 on the die for magic 1198. So she has it both years.
Does it last two seasons after the season used to make it? Does not make an awfult lot of a difference for me. She does not have many abilities which she can teach to her teaching potential.
