A few posts up the thread - it's in "Covenant Development" rather than Covenant currently, so it'll get harder to find over time.
Well then, yes, let's move it to the Covenant thread--I think. I believe the reason the vacant labs had their own thread was that the PC labs are detailed in the magi character sheets. Therefore, adding just a list of labs to the Covenant thread makes sense.
