I always figured it was best to hit about 25 in the US (unless you want certain government jobs) so you could get lower car insurance rates, be able to rent better, etc. Then you stay 25 for about 40 years or so, until you can start getting senior citizen discounts and the like.
Hehe. I've always seen that written as "21 with X years experience". Happy birthday, anyway.

I agree that 25 years is MUCH better than 21. 28, even. At 28 you are taken into account. At 21 you are just pat in the head by your betters.
