I'm back, didn't have internet access like I planned. I also notice that the Creo Money ritual didn't go off as planned...not botched, but certainly not much help either.
Maybe creo herbam would have worked better.
I'm sorry your other ritual didn't work. The discovery of a new technique would have been a major breakthrough.

In the fact that you can run around the map in the game, yes. As a deathmatch level... No. This is essentially a beta, looking to receive input, mainly about thing other people might see, that I don't.

For those of you about to search the library...
There are several ways this could be done, I think I'll go with "I'll need a Int + Magic Theory + Stress Die roll from each of the searchers." I've got a target number in mind. When all the rolls are in, I'll crunch some numbers, and let you know the results.

So...what's going on? I've held off posting because I assume there's a story event in the dining hall. Should we post anything in between?
No, there isn't a story event going on, unless you want to make one. The mention of "Dinner" was a way of telling that time had passed.
You found a few things, as mentioned, based on the success (or lack of) in your rolls. Whether or not one of you is brave enough to actually use what you've found... That's a different story.
Season continues...
Winter Season will actually start at the beginning of June, after I get back from vacation/holiday/whatever it's called in your end of the world...

Anything you found that isn't immediately apparent (lab texts and tractati are, other, stranger things aren't...) will require a season's investigation (or the rest of the season to investigate;
Fabrica has a 3 lab texts for useful weapon enchantments that are L25 and lower.
Albertus has 3 Magic Theory Tractati, Q7.
Azaelle has ... a Giant Mouse(SQUEAK! ), which comes with something that she thinks might be an initiation script of some kind, given that it's full of strange text, and go here, do this, but don't do that, journey here, learn this type instructions... The thing is, is she really brave enough to use it, or at least learn what it is...?
Fabrica will take any exposure xp (should be 2) and put it to Magic Theory.
Mathius will be continuing to study from the book he was reading. He'll be reading it for a while.
This is a heads up - I'm going on vacation in less than 16 hours.
I'll be away from the net for 2 days, have access for 3, and again, no net for 2. I'll mainly be checking e-mail, probably on my off shift at the convention (Anime North 2008, Toronto, ON, CA).
