The Hearth of the Covenant (from Cath'rinne) Despite the name, this item is actually a one foot diamater hickory-and-brass carving of a sun, made to be hanged on a wall. If the hearth touches a wall, it produces a warm heat that rapidly spreads through the structure to envelop it. Any laboratory in the structure receives the Magical Heating virtue (Free, +1 Health, +1 Aesthetics, +1 Ignem). If used in a general covenant area, the maximum cost saving is 5 MP per year for consumables. Effect Level 25: CrIg 20 spell (Base 2, +1 Touch, +2 Sun, +3 Structure), +3 environmental trigger, +2 three uses per day

Wand of Blunting a charge
R: Voice, D: Diam, T: Group
(Based on Blunting the Iron's Bite, MoH p. 50). This wooden wand (made from Linden wood) is activated with a verbal command word and gesture pointing towards the direction of the target. When activated, the effect warps and blunts the blades of a group hopelessly. The affected weapons has their total damage (including Attack Advantage) reduced to half (round up). The weapons return to their undamaged state once the Duration expires. This enchantment was designed without Penetration, as such, these weapons are unable to penetrate Parma Magica or the might of a creature for the duration of the spell.

There are seven such wands, each holding a single charge.

Nyriu, why take a lab text for a spell your character already knows?
I had messed up the dowry table.
Personell is split into grogs and specialists, so it is either 2 grogs or 2 specialists. The silver amount has also been increased.
And as John says, you want to take a text for a spell you want to learn. Or for an item you want to make.
You could invent ward vs rain without the lab text. Pick something at level 20 that you would have trouble inventing without the text (Any Auram except Creo, any Creo except Auram etc.)

Leather Pauldrons of whirling wind protection

(Based on Circling Winds of Protection ArM p.125)
Dull brown leather shoulder armors with wind shaped curled line carvings, the effect is activated beating a fist on the chest twice.
Surrounds you with winds that circle at great speed.
Since the wind picks up dust and other small, loose objects, you may be obscured.
Anyone standing near enough to attack you with hand weapon must make a Size stress roll of 9+ at the beginning of each round or be blown back.
Melee Attack rolls against you are -3, and missile or thrown attacks are -9.

There are 3 pauldrons of this type, 2 with 2 charges, one with 3.

Gauntlets of the wuthering uppercut

(Based on Pull of the Skybound Winds ArM p.126)
Screaming the command word (mostly "Os" and "As") towards the target and punching upward the air before you activates the effect of this leather gauntlets.
Makes winds rise upward, pulling one object, creature, or person up to 50 feet into the sky before letting that target drop.
Even a small building can be torn from its foundation, though such a building can be no larger than 20 feet a side, and cannot be built out of a material heavier than stout wood.
Uprooted objects fall randomly.
(Base 5, +2 Voice, +1 Diam, +2 unnatural, +0 1 use day)
There is one pair of gauntlets of this kind, its effect is usable once a day.
Braces of the impetuous breeze
R: Voice, D: Mom, T: Ind
(Based on Broom of the Winds ArM p.125)
The effect of this leather braces (both forearms) is activated by pointing with both open hands the target and blowing the command word.
Whips up violent, swirling winds around the target.
The target must make a Size stress roll of 9+ to remain standing.
If the target is braced or holding onto some support, he may also make a Strength stress roll of 9+.
If both rolls fail, the target is knocked in a random direction.
The target may be damaged, deepening on whether he strikes anything.

Saddle of the Swift Mount
When worn, the saddle can be used to grant the animal, up to size +4, to move faster, by causing it's legs to elongate, allowing it to take bigger strides.

Shears of the Finished Garments
When used, they can spin, under the user's guidance, a simple piece of clothing, typically wool or cloth undergarments. They can be used five times before their magic expires. You need a Finesse roll of 6+ to make the clothing.
